Project 1 - The Pool House Collection
The Monahagn Farm pool house and studio apartment are designed to maximize views of the Jukskei Rivier to the East of the house. The design takes advantage of natural heating and cooling through passive ventilation.
The strategic layout of the different areas of the pool house allows for the home owners to enjoy the breathtaking views, keep an eye on their children, and have an indoor-outdoor experience.
The layout of the studio apartment allows for the bedroom to be kept private but not completely closed off from the rest of the space, which makes the space feel larger.

Project 2 - The Business Hotel Collection
The five-star Business Hotel room is designed to generate an easy circulation and flow through the different areas of the five-star room.
The design separates the more private areas from the lounging areas, thus, maintaining the formality of a business hotel. Besides this single separation the design is open plan with only the bathroom being fully closed off.
The Business Hotel room has bespoke furniture pieces and fittings which give it a sense of luxury whilst achieving a high level of functionality and practicality.

Project 3 - The Collective Hair Salon Collection
The Collective Hair Salon layout allows for a natural, uninterrupted traffic flow and circulation through the space. People are able to move easily from one station to the next without there being a need to stop, this is also because of there being no closed off areas besides the bathroom and staff kitchenette.
The Collective Hair Salon utilizes natural, yet luxurious, materials and fittings. The different styling stations (open and pod) give client’s the opportunity to choose what they prefer without feeling fully closed off from the rest of the salon due to the extendable dividers and glass panels between styling pods.
